Stroud Theatre Arts runs weekly performing arts and musical theatre classes for children and young people in Langley and Northolt, with training across singing, dancing and acting.

Stroud Theatre Arts runs weekly performing arts classes in Langley for children and young people from age 3.

Based at Langley Academy, our Saturday classes combine singing, dancing and acting, helping young performers develop their skills, creativity and confidence while discovering everything musical theatre has to offer.

Whether your child is trying performing arts for the first time or already loves being on stage, Stroud Theatre Arts provides high-quality training within a friendly, encouraging environment where every student has the opportunity to develop.

Minis | Ages 3-5 | 09:30 - 10:15am

A fun 45-minute introduction to performing arts through songs, dance, drama and storytelling.

Our Minis classes focus on sparking creativity, building confidence and helping young children become comfortable expressing themselves and performing, all while having plenty of fun.


Musical Theatre | Ages 6-16 | 10:15 - 12:30pm

Our main Langley musical theatre class provides 2 hours 15 minutes of training across singing, dancing and acting.

Students work with songs, scripts and material from different musicals, styles and eras while developing their technique, stagecraft, performance ability and confidence.

Ages are a guide. Experience, ability and confidence are also considered when deciding which class is most appropriate for each student.

Free parking is available in the on-site car park at our Langley venue, making drop-off and collection straightforward for parents and guardians attending Stroud Theatre Arts classes.

Our classes at Langley are held on the ground floor. Students should be brought into the building through the main reception entrance, where they will be greeted and signed in by a member of the STA team. Please do not leave your child until they have been met by a member of staff. Students are collected from the main reception area at the end of their session.

Accessibility & Arrival

Our Langley classes currently take place in a large seminar room, giving students plenty of space for their weekly performing arts training. We also have access to the school's in-house theatre, providing a fantastic setting for performances and giving students the opportunity to experience performing in a dedicated theatre environment.

Theatre Facilities

Coming somewhere new can feel a little daunting, particularly for younger or less confident children. Our free trial gives your child the chance to experience an STA class, meet the teachers and other students and get a feel for the school before deciding whether they'd like to join.
