Thinking about performing arts classes for your child? A free trial is the perfect way to discover whether Stroud Theatre Arts feels right for them.

COMPLETELY FREE TRIAL LESSON

Every new student is offered a completely FREE trial lesson before deciding whether to join. There’s no obligation to enrol afterwards and nothing to pay if you decide STA isn’t for you.

Rather than running separate taster sessions, your child will join one of our usual weekly classes in Langley or Northolt, giving them a genuine experience of the training, teaching and atmosphere at STA.

They’ll get to meet our teachers, join in alongside other students and discover what makes being part of Stroud Theatre Arts so special.

WHAT HAPPENS AT A FREE TRIAL

We want your child to experience STA as it really is, so they'll take part in a normal weekly class alongside our existing students.

A Real STA Class

Our youngest performers in Minis enjoy a 45-minute Musical Theatre class, combining singing, dancing and performance skills in an age-appropriate session.

All Disciplines Experienced

Our main performing arts classes combine the three core disciplines of singing, dancing and acting, with students spending 45 minutes singing, 45 minutes dance and 45 minutes drama.

Experience Not Needed

There’s no need for your child to have previous performing arts experience. The trial is simply their opportunity to get involved, meet everyone and see how they feel.

WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW

A Chance To See If STA Feels Right For You

Choosing a performing arts school is about more than timetables and class content. We know you also want to know that your child will feel comfortable, encouraged and excited to come back.

Their free trial gives them the opportunity to experience how our classes work, meet our teaching team and other STA students, and get a feel for the friendly and supportive community they'll be joining.

Whether your child is trying performing arts for the first time or already loves being on stage and wants to develop their skills further, the trial gives you both the chance to experience STA before making any commitment.

It’s Simple To Get Started

Booking a free trial takes just a few minutes.

Complete our online Free Trial form with your child's details and we'll offer you the next available free trial date, usually at the beginning of a new term.

If you can't make the date offered, that's absolutely fine. Simply let us know on the form and a member of the STA team will contact you to arrange the next suitable available date.

What Happens After The Trial

There’s no obligation to join after your child's free trial.

If they love their experience and would like to become part of STA, we'll explain how to enrol for regular classes and payment for the term can then be arranged.

If you decide not to continue, you won't be charged for the trial lesson.

The whole point is to give your child the opportunity to experience Stroud Theatre Arts properly before you make that decision.
